enabling font audit?

I upgraded a hard drive and did a reinstall of Windows in the process. I've got Fontlab running again, but I can't remember how to turn on font audit. Any help is appreciated.

Also… the extended version of the layers palette should have an icon. On Mac the command/shift/F activates it. Not sure what the windows version of that is.
