I have some old fonts that are in the .pfm format, does anyone know how I can convert them to TTF?
The PFB file contains the actual font outline data. The PFM file contains just the metric data including kerning. You need both to have a font.
I have both and managed to use Crossfont to convert them to OTF, but how would I then convert them to TTF ?
You can do it with TransType or Fontlab but what is wrong with Opentype format.
I found a wonderful online conversion tool that enables you to convert pfm and pfb to ttf.
