Body Text for Magazine

I really need some help selcting a body text font for my magazine. We are a food and wine magazine. We are using Berthold Baskerville now but i think it looks a bit old. Are there any good serif body fonts I may not be considering?

Font Bureau is the place to start. They have lots serif type designe just for that purpose. Whitman (designed by Typophile regular Kent Lew) is one I want to use very soon:
