I feel I should know this one, but I can't seem to find it in my type books. Any guesses?

I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but if you just need this re-created it would be easy enough to do in Illustrator.

That's what I eventually did.
I could swear that this is a commercially available typeface that I've seen before... I don't want to rip anyone off or anything, I was perfectly willing to buy the typeface were it available.
