Daub & Bauble - serif font

Hi folks -
What is this face? Is it something normal, but with an illustrated flourish on the B?

Looks like ITC Century, with added swash indeed.

The ampersand is a Caslon Italic, don't know which one, lot's of different versions.

Hoefler Text also has this ampersand, which is based on an ampersand made by William Caslon.
