Logo for help desk application

I am creating a help desk application and was working on some ideas for a logo.

I will just say, I hate the ones of the right, but feel compelled to consider them. I like the first (top left) the most.

Judging from your variations, I'm assuming you're having trouble deciding what to do with that exclamation point. :)

I prefer the variation on the bottom left (without the exclamation point). The one on the top right is my second choice.

However, the thing that really bothers me is the vertical alignment of the words. It feels out of balance to me. Maybe try experimenting more with type size and alignment and leave the exclamation point out entirely?

I think your symbolism may be off a little. A question mark is the symbol for help desk. See if you can work one of those in – or a parachute.
