Maybe a custom font? Anyone knows on which typeface this is based or which fonts will work for this purpose?

Kind of like Baby Teeth, but filled in.

Thanks! Milton Glaser type, the master of course. But I'm looking now more for a 'normal' sans font to modify. Any suggestions?
