Hi,
Can anyone tell me the two fonts on the spine of this book. Both the "&" and the "fork".

I think "fork" is in Avenir Black.

I was going to say Avenir Heavy, but definitely Avenir.

The '&' is Monotype Baskerville Italic.

'Fork' looks like Avenir Bold
Not sure of the Ampersand. Could be specially drawn
