A client from the UK just told us he wants a 30 page document put together "Fabian pamphlet style". There is not a lot of information on the web to help me out.

Has anyone here heard of Fabian pamphlet style? Are there any specific characteristics to this or is it simply like any other pamphlet? Other resources?
