I'm working in my study-project on a semantic profil to describe typefaces.
The profile should build on design- and emotional attributes.

Do you mean categorizing the emotions that fonts can convey? This is tricky stuff. You might want to look at G W Ovink's "Legibility, atmosphere-value and forms of printing types" (1938), and J Langdon's article in Critique issue #14 (I think).

Yes it's tricky. its also not for the whole sum of fonts, I'm only select typefaces,

It sounds like you should get in touch with Jorge de Buen, who is deeply involved in elaborating on what he calls "typometry": the formal measurement of fonts.

your name sounds german to me. If so, I can recommend Klaus Hesse's "Der Helvetica-Mann" and a few older articles in the Page-magazine by Christian Gutschi "Psychologie der Schriften". I'm working on a similar project.
