There must be some fake slant going on there. It seems pretty rad.

I'm not convinced it IS a font. I looked for s's that connected this way with any sort of L close to the style here and could find nothing in FontBook. It's never easy to prove a font when there are no duplicate letters.

Looking at the contrast, I'd say the 'L' was from a different font, and possibly has a stroke added to it.
