Mercian Cycles anyone? It's probably a custom font, but anything close to use as a base would be appreciated.
P.S. It's not for pretending a frame is a Mercian ;P

This style is called Tuscan, so if you use that as a Search term on FontShop and MyFonts you should get a couple of similar hits.
