Looking for a digitised version of Touraine from Cassandre & Peignot

drduckling's picture

Hi,

Does anyone know if a digitalized version of the Touraine font
[ designed by Cassandre & Peignot in 1947 ] exists ?

Thank you.

Try asking this guy - he's a Cassandre specialist:

If Touraine doesn’t exist in digital form an alternative might be Britannic

Might not be perfect enough, but it looks like it might be what the face, Parisian, is based on.

Or you could even use Rotis Semisans Bold (Ugh) for that.

Apparently this guy has done a digitalisation of the Touraine:

You may ask him

BTW are the D&P fonts effectively owner-less now?
