Hi. I would like to know if someone knows types that have been design in homege to a city. I
Twin, for the the Twin Cities. It changes with the weather.
Guy Jeffrey Nelson's FF Providence is named after Providence, Rhode Island! http://www.fontfont.com
There is also Linotype's Wiesbaden Swing; http://www.linotype.com/1605/wiesbadenswing-family.html And of course, Apple's (?) Chicago. That about covers typefaces named after cities I've lived in. I don't think that anyone has ever released a "Baltimore" face
I am looking for a font that looks like a rope, does anyone know of such a font?
rope or a little less literal Arlene, it is always best to start a new thread instead of confusing the conversation with an off topic question.
