(x) Victorian era multi-face typography on menu - various {gang}

Can anyone help me identify the typefaces used on this old style menu.

I think for example that the fresh fish line is the typeface Vinera
but not sure where to start with the rest.

BRUNCH DU DIMANCHE - Zebrawood Fill

LIVE LOBSTER - Engravers
POISSONS FRAIS - Vineta
ALBERTA ANGUS BEEF - Eurostile Demi

FRESH FISH is an old font called Gold Rush. Vineta is similar but not a match. I haven't found a digital version.

The small sans serif is Eurostile.

This is one of the nicer examples of Victorian era multi-face typography I've seen.
