1930's typefaces

Hi :)

I am looking for a typeface that says 1920's...30's...old new york, conspicuous consumption era...opera concert programme" type of font.

One of the typefaces I am looking for is a script typeface that will work well with a bolder more masculine typeface like Copperplate. I am not too fond of Copperplate though, so if someone could suggest a similar typeface to it that would be great!

(so far i have paired copperplate with bickham...but am not too happy)

Thanks!

Good place to start, didn’t conspicuous consumption come to a rather sudden end before the 30s?

Only for the nouveau riche—and they were never very good at it to begin with ;)

Seriously tho, Nick's font's is king for that era.

I am going with Bickham Script/MrsEaves(SmallCaps)
Anyone know any other typefaces in the same vein as MrsEaves?
