Custom, similar is Sackers Gothic.

I agree it's probably custom, but Neutraface Display includes most of these letterforms. For example, the splayed M is an alternate character. The Y is also more like the sample.

ITC Blair and Engravers Gothic are close, too.
Invert the "W" to form an "M" to get closer still.
