"Cheney insults the GOP."

and

"EDITORIALS 5" (Akzidenz Grotesk is my best guess...)

All caps sans at the bottom is Interstate.

Not sure whether you were asking about the numerals in "EDITORIALS 5" and "LETTERS 7" etc. but they look like Adobe Caslon to me.
