Vintage Tin Can Typography

Does anybody know where i can find examples of old tin can labels typography. I am going to try an go to some flee markets this weekend to find actually one but i was wondering if any one knows of a web site with pictures of them or typefaces that remsembles it. Thanks

Actually, it's lettering, not typography.

Brian Sooy (Altered Ego Fonts) did a lovely presentation of his collection of typewiter ribbon tins, at TypeCon.

eBay would be a good place to look, cigarette tins.

Incidentally, last weekend we were visiting Vermont antique & flea markets and spotted at least 3 old typewriter ribbon tins; 2 were "Battleship" and 1 was "Herald Square" but none were as in good shape as Brian's.
