Can anybody out there identify this typeface for me?

Seems like a Misprinted Type or T26 thing, but I can't immediately find an exact match.
I'm sure though I've seen this B before... Where did you get the image from?

I found it on a business card. I am sure the designer distressed the B herself. So I am after the original typeface. =)

Oh, it also looks imperfect because it has been printed at a small size. So the scan has been enlarged by 300-400%

If it's customly distressed, it could be compacta (http://www.myfonts.com/search?search%5Btext%5D=compacta) although it's very hard to tell from just one letter.
