Vi ligature

Matt Squire's picture

Hi there,

an open question for ideas on this one, I have an awkward pair of letters, as you can see from the spread attached it is the Vi, has anyone seen or heard of a ligature for this pairing, if not, does anyone have any ideas how I can make it look a little nore appealing. It just looks a little bit clumsy at the moment, or does it.

Cheers

Matt

Try using the dotless i?

The Ve combination looks a bit loose.

Speaking of nightmares: do you care that there are a lot of grammatical errors in these two pages?

Should be (unless you want to preserve the words in quoted material):

ah ha, good points, I have sent the book to a couple of copy writers and they both come back with different variations. What you suggested does seem to be the best option.

I am trying to preserve what the interviewees said in the interviews, adds a little bit of personality, but maybe that is being to picky. You should have seen the original versions, they would have made great Seinfeld episodes.,
