google led me to http://www.segura-inc.com/press_iframe.php#
Still feel there must be a font with the »rF« characteristics (posted above).

Since Carlos Segura owns the T-26 foundry, you may want to search their site. They have a lot of "techno" looking fonts. They also carry a lot of Identikal typefaces, but their site seems to be down right now.
