Looking for an older article on type classification

Some time ago, there was a brilliant article on classifying (or not classifying) type in the "five standard" classifications. Is that article available somewhere? Thanks.

Oh. Do you mean the one written by Jonathan Hoefler for Typophile?

Daphne, I attached a PDF version of the article. I did some screen grabs of it a while ago. Still not sure if that is what you want. I know there was an article about it in EYE magazine, but that was quite a while ago.

Or maybe you mean an old thread here on Typophile: http://www.typophile.com/node/9757

Miss Tiffany,

The Hoefler article for Typophile was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much for all your help!
