Did anyone know the font used on this cover?
(including the word "Cafe del Mar")
Are that "R" custom made?

Small sample... "Metamorphosis" and "Created by Paul Schwartz" are set in Goudy Old Style.

It is pretty hard to make out in the sample, sorry.
You could try the Script Font ID at bowfinprintworks - elaborate or ornate script :
