(x) Mintz Levin logo - Adobe Garamond {Yves}

I need to reproduce this for an ad, because its been too difficult to get them to send me the logo. Can someone help and tell me what font this is?

This is Adobe Garamond -- you're in luck, quite a common typeface -- but I don't really know why it looks a tad darker overall.

BTW These are not the regular small caps, but scaled caps unfortunately. :^/
