Jonathan - Angus made some posts over at typographi.ca a while back, and he mentioned his domain (arstype.nl) had been snatched. You could check with Mr. Coles, who probably could get you an email address.

Hey JJ. BJ is almost right. Angus
once sold his fonts at arstype.com
but that domain was pilfered. He's
at arstype.nl now.
