What type reads "Counter"

it might be a one weight font called –Index– from swiss foundry Optimo… some details might differ but the overall look seems close to me, please visit: http://www.optimo.ch/pages/departement/view_font.php?id_categorie=2&id_f...

It's near but it's also far. Look the tail of the e is quite different. Unfortunatly, I don't have any suggestion for now

I think we're just looking at good ol' Plantin Bold with an enlarged and slightly altered lc 'c' for the C.
