It's... Vanity Fair. Anybody out there know anybody working at VF? It seems to me they use a mix of published and custom typefaces, and I've never seen this script anywhere else. (Alas, I don't get around much any more.)

James Montalbano did the Vanity Fair fonts and I think it's his best work.
