äüö problems with true type in InDesign
hello, we got a problem in fontlab 4.5. we work on mac os x panther and we kerned a font that we just build. after creating a tt-font the letters äüö don\'t work in indesign or textedit or some characters or not on the correct keys. freehand works. anybody help? thanks

Don't use Freehand as a benchmark for anything -- experience has taught me that Macromedia has its own way of doing things which don't always play nice with other applications.
Make sure your character set is correctly identified and, if you're exporting as TrueType, try using Unicode mode, instead of names.
