This is likely modified from it's original form, but I need to do some work for this company and I'd like to figure out what typeface this is based on.
( 'Midnight Kernboy', by James Arboghast / Sentinal, might be useful, as well.. Hmm.. This could well easily be the strange looking child of 'Handel' and 'City'.. :)

Modifying 'Forgotten Futurist', by Ray Larabie, may get you slightly closer..
