FF Prater Script is something like it, but obviously different. There is something familiar about this font, but I cannot recall where I saw it before. That's the best I can suggest right now.

my first thought were that it is a font from a french design bureau. but it's not.

where does your sample come from?

Is this close enough?

Mike, Prater Script is really nice.

thanks a lot for your efforts! unfortunately, FF Prater, Nordik Fish and the beautiful Karen's script lose that germanic scholar feel of , say, 10's or 20's. The sample comes from a pic taken in a french concetration camp for spanish children in the civil war 1936-1939.

Hola Carlos, and from Madrid too.
Have you seen Memima from Type-o-tones?
http://www.type-o-tones.com/p_fonts/p_memi.htm
I know it is not the same but...
I think someone will find something closer

I'm afraid Memima isn't what I'm looking for... but this one is closer. I hope it will be easier
