These are the kinds of things I get handed at work to start off my wild font chases. There are two fonts in this scan (or maybe one that's stretched to fill two purposes - I think it's two fonts). The top one looks familiar but I can't remmeber what it is.

It looks like another messed-up Futura (Condensed).

Looks a lot like Gill Sans Bold Extra Condensed --> extended and fattened.
