This is by one of the smaller, boutique type foundries, but I can't remember which one off the top of my head.

I'll keep searching.

Opel Sans -- can't find source although fonts say Adobe or Monotype/Agfa.

I have found some identical but cant match the "a" letter

Mr. Eaves XL Sans (with stylistic alternates) has a similar feel:

Battling has the spiky terminals on top, but lacks the curly terminals at the bottom:
