The thick/thin neo-deco font is very similar to URW Compress D, but is a bit more refined:

The base for the A (the ornaments appear to be added) goes by several names--Celeste and Adine:

Evidently designed by Pulitzer-Prize-nominated composer David Rakowski, who is known for creating revivals of 19th century typefaces. This is based on a Bauer & Co typeface from the Art Nouveau era called ‘Schreibschrift Romana’ (reproduced in “Treasury of Authentic Art Nouveau Alphabets” by Ludwig Petzendorfer, Dover Books).
