Similar to Interstate Mono, but not quite:

The top part of the b is smaller than the bottom, which makes it unusual....

I think the N is the key - that bit of straight shaft at the bottom right is what I can not find

Pragmata Pro is also close (has the right style N, J, and numerals, but the X and A are off):
