It's a sans serif face that looks like Futura except that the lower case e's are rotated counterclockwise or like Bauhaus except the t is wrong in Bauhaus.

Virginia is close, but doesn't have the angled terminal on the r:

Ealing is closer, but I don't see the weight we need (bold)--regular is too light, black too heavy:

Take a Century Gothic (Bold), rotate the /e and cut a bit the left bar of /t
