I have a feeling the K has been heavily modified, certainly with the addition of the long tail, so please only focus on matching the lower case.
The original was evidently the winning entry in a Russian logo competition, and from what I can gather via a bad Google translation, apparently hand-drawn.
The following typefaces might be good jumping off points for creating a similar look:
