"A Book of Type and Design" by Oldrich Hlavsa,Tudor Publishing, NY 1960 has a specimen on pages 256 and 267 (Regular and Bold - caps, lowercase and numbers)

Also in Jaspert's _Type Encyclopedia (1970)_ at page 259. Medium, Italic, semi-bold, and condensed. All showing UC, LC & numbers.
