I think the sans is hand written -- the middle bar on the /E slides up and down and the /B is worse. The /R redefines its shape in each iteration.
Brand and identity, on the other hand appear to be built from Grand Hotel by Brian Bonislawsky.

The sans happens to be PintassilgoPrints Populaire playing with upper/lowercases to get different /R, /B, /K and so on.
