I'm probably wrong but to me, it looks hand-drawn. All repeating letters look different.

I agree with Ryuk, although with OpenType so much is possible. Like Don I have some suggestions for similar fonts:
Showcase from Latinotype, with alternate letters and endings;
Matinee Idol from Comicraft;
Candy Cursive from Okaycat;
Amelie from Typadelic, also with various beginnings and endings;
and Cotton Candy from Lettering Delights.
