This is a font from a silent film, Why Change Your Wife (1920) by Cecil B. DeMille. It was used as the intertitle font

The inter-titles were hand lettered. I don't think there is an exact font match for this one. Somewhat different, but a modern digital font that captures some of the flavor of inter-titles of the era, Meyer Two http://www.fontbureau.com/fonts/MeyerTwo/
