Hi there! Can anyone help me identify this font? I hope you can see it clearly, the are down turns and up turns at the points of some of the letters.
Can you tell us anything about the age of the sample, and where it is used? Are there any other letters that can help prove it is a font? These three letters are not much to use for ID purposes.

In looking for this I found a similar font that might be the answer: ITC Symbol Black Italic. At least it seemed close to my eyes. Your sample looks like a tiny serif style, and that was how I searched for it.

It must be ITC Goudy Sans Black (Italic) by Frederic W. Goudy , published by ITC on 1986
