Font substitution

Can anybody suggest a substitute for this:

I have been told that I need to find something with our existing collection of 2000+ fonts, so sadly purchasing is not an option.

I've used a couple of apps to see if their suggestions are suitable, but something is always a bit off (usually the 'a').

Is $89 really too much for such a particular design, of seven styles?

I don't think so, especially after reading this But I have no financial delegations.
