House of Cards / Opening Credits Font

Hi guys,
Do you know which is the font of House of Cards's series Opening Credits? For a moment i thought it was Trajan Pro, but the R is different.

this sample is a bit clearer. definitely not trajan - missing some serif/hooks on N and the E is short (among other details).

looking, and have seen some similars but no good hit yet...

Pacioli, lowercase only.

Reminiscent of if not identical with the font that is used on many monuments in Washington, DC.
