I'm pretty certain this was designed by David Carson, in 1993.
But I'm not sure if he created a complete alphabet, and if he gave it a name.

Okay, I just read somewhere that David Carson himself didn't design that many fonts. So this may not be his. He did however create this piece, but then probably with someone else's font. Any idea what font this is?

Carson did rely quite a bit on Miles Newlyn, speaking highly of him.
