Identify font possibly from iMovie video?

This is from a video which I think was created in iMovie, but I haven't been able to identify the font. Eurosans seems to be the closest I could find.

This could be the latin counterpart of some font for foreign languages (may be chinese?). Oriya MN or Myanmar MN latin part have such design.
