Hello All, I imagine this logo has been adjusted a little, but if anyone has an idea about what font it could be based on I really appreciate your advise.

Thanks to this more complete specimen, I would probably start from Frutiger Next (to get such a /&), squoosh it and remove some vertical stems (pretty ugly work if you want my opinion).

Phoenica has similar forms. a little pushing and pulling could get you there.
