Tried to use What the font but it kicked out Handbook Pro which was not accurate

You can use Helvetica Textbook Roman (Bold) by making the corners a bit rounded...

Agree with Fivos. Most probably custom (outline stroke added) and from Helvetica. Same vein, no customization neeeded: Mercury by Radim Peško
