grot sans with lovely curved 'y' and sing quote marks...

Hello

Looking for a sans with some character and came across this: close relation to Bureau Grotesque wide, but not quite the same!

Any help much appreciated!

Although the full stops, quote marks and 'O' seem a smidge different...

I doubt the punctuation marks are from the same font. They look like from a serif.
