Good luck everyone, and have fun. ;^)

Is it the alternate g from Hannes von Döhren’s Supria Sans, Black probably?
13 May 2011 — 7:41am
We have a winner! Yes, that’s correct, Supria Sans it is. I apologize for picking such a hard-to-find alternate character, but after my last challenge was solved in less than 30 minutes, I thought I had to raise the difficulty level. Still no problem for adepts like Jan – q.e.d.
22 Jun 2011 — 4:15pm
I don’t have any idea of what to post.
Is anybody still playing?
23 Jun 2011 — 1:09am
Get the ball rolling and someone will :-)
23 Jun 2011 — 6:14am
Yes, what Riccardo said! :)
23 Jun 2011 — 7:25am
Thanks to Jared, I am once again able to log in to Typophile, so I'll try to participate, too. The last few challenges have been tough. Looking forward to your next partial glyph, Jan.

Looking forward to your next partial glyph
Next complete glyph!
2 Jul 2011 — 5:06pm
Sorry. I’m quite busy.
Here we go:
2 Jul 2011 — 5:39pm
Ah, nice one! I'm glad you made me hunt for this again. I'd say it's the "g" from the Light weight of Progress (which is based on Enabler), by Gareth Hague.
3 Jul 2011 — 12:49am
Oh no... It took me such a long time to come up with a challenge and you solve it in 30 minutes. You shouldn’t be allowed to play intermediate level, Nina ;-)
I’m using Progress a lot in a magazine I’m doing.
3 Jul 2011 — 1:23am
Sorry Jan! :-& I did feel a bit bad but hey.
I'll be posting a new one shortly!
3 Jul 2011 — 3:43am
OK, here's a new glyph for you guys!
5 Jul 2011 — 1:15am
A glyph combining 2 characters, from a typeface co-designed by 2 designers…
5 Jul 2011 — 3:34am
Isn’t that an interrobang?
5 Jul 2011 — 4:49am
Yep!
(Maybe the «combining 2 characters» bit was poorly worded, but I was trying to allude to it being an interrobang, a fusion between ? and !)
7 Jul 2011 — 4:01am
This typeface is one of three in a larger «family-of-families», as they call it.
12 Jul 2011 — 12:55pm
More hints? *Someone* is still playing yes?
12 Jul 2011 — 1:08pm
I’ve looked at lots of interrobangs, but haven't been able to hazard a guess. I don’t know if that counts as “still playing” or not. Another hint would be appreciated.
12 Jul 2011 — 1:59pm
Mini-problem: I've realized that the interrobang is actually not featured prominently on the foundry site (you have to download the specimen PDF and then on p. 24 you will see that the family *has* an interrobang) – so this specific glyph really is a bit hard to find. Sorry :-\
It is a little bit better to see on the (lovely) web site of one of the two designers who collaborated on this. These two guys live literally half a world apart – but the person this typeface is named after was concerned with things even much further away...
12 Jul 2011 — 2:30pm
(BTW, I think that was a pretty big fat hint there, but if you'd prefer me to cancel this and post another glyph that's easier to find please let me know.)
12 Jul 2011 — 2:48pm
Embarrassed to say I've never participated in this quiz. But would this be Galaxie Copernicus Semibold Italic?
12 Jul 2011 — 2:58pm
Yeeeaaalmost! It's actually the Medium Italic. But I say your solution counts (since these glyphs are really somewhat inaccessible if one doesn't have the typeface).
So congratulations Ivan, and welcome! Your turn. :-)
12 Jul 2011 — 3:23pm
Wowee, that's interesting. I'd overlooked Galaxie Copernicus but thought Kris Sowersby might have something to do with it, I'd checked Newzald of course. You have a great collection of fonts, Nina.
12 Jul 2011 — 3:31pm
Thanks Nina — those clues were just too fun not to take a stab at it.
Here's my first attempt at this. I have no idea if it's too easy, too hard, etc, so everyone be sure to apply proper chastisement.
12 Jul 2011 — 3:46pm
> You have a great collection of fonts, Nina.
Thanks Ben – I joke that that's the secret purpose of running my business. ;)
It's really not very comprehensive yet but I pick'em carefully.
Ivan talking of taking stabs and then posting such a pointy glyph scares me off this thread now. ;)
15 Jul 2011 — 10:57am
Hint: This is new. Design date is 2010 and it was released in 2011.
23 Feb 2012 — 11:43am
Bump. Any more hints or guesses to get the thread going again?
23 Feb 2012 — 12:45pm
It looks very similar to Acta Poster italic, DS Type, but I think it's different, sadly :(
17 Apr 2012 — 10:20am
Bump.
17 Apr 2012 — 2:41pm
Shoot, sorry folks — I completely forgot about this!
Bendy was close. So close. Splitting-hairs close.
17 Apr 2012 — 6:27pm
Acta Display Black Italic, ha!
7 Jun 2012 — 10:09am
I think you got it Bendy.
